Returns and Claims
Claims for broken or damaged goods must be reported once goods are received before signing any document. There will be no cancellation and/or refund after order is paid.

Delivery hours does not include instances when the delivery fails. E.g: no one was home to receive the parcel; customers change their order, etc.
Strictly no refunds, exchanges or returns, except cancellation/refund is only allowed whereas due to unforeseen circumstances.
